Amber Ridenhour, President

Amber Ridenhour has a bachelors degree in business management. She has been helping to license, bond and insure contractors in Arizona for 12 years. Ms. Ridenhour is familiar with financial accounting, sales and marketing, new business development, bonds, insurance and customer communication skills.

She is known in the industry as the go-to, hands on, client centered contractor development and licensing expert. She knows the construction industry as well as the government agencies that regulate construction. Her insight is invaluable. She is a high energy, get it done person with high standards and goals. She is a licensed agent for Property/Casualty, Health, Accidental and Life insurance as well as a certified Legal Document Preparer with the Arizona Supreme Court. She is currently working on her Master's in Business Administration.

Deisy Perez, Vice President

Deisy is one of the best follow through people in contractor bonding/insurance industry. She is excellent in developing rapport with clients, companies and government agencies. She is organized and dedicated to the success of our clients. She knows about contractor licensing requirements and is able to blend her knowledge of the business of construction

Mackenzie Johnson, Client Services

Mackenzie is the first person you see when you walk in the door to our office and most likely the first person you talk to when you call in. She assists our clients with their study process by making sure they stay on track with the correct study material, scheduling exams, maintaining our office inventory, bond renewals, and statutory agent renewals. Mackenzie is a "go to" for just about anything in the business. She strives to see our clients succeed and celebrates along with them.

Patti Medina, Client Services

Patti works on the front lines of the construction licensing industry. She is a license specialist assisting customers in determining license classifications, eligibility, and the steps in getting licensed. Mrs. Medina helps our clients get started in their study programs in house and online and follows up to make sure every client gets the attention they need to get their license and secure their financial future and freedom. Eric Beatrice, Document Specialist

Eric works behind the scenes and is a very valuable asset to the team. He has taken our office digital and maintains the organization of all documents and files. He administers our email marketing. Eric is currently in school for Accounting.
